J. Flynn Newtons PixelNudes

"Art is not what you see, but what you make others see."
Edgar Degas

With PIXELNUDES J. Flynn Newton wants to unmask moral rules, to reveal two-faced ethics by letting the spectator just imagine pictures when viewing the large format PIXELNUDES from distance. Trying to recognize details and therefore approximating the artwork the perception fades:

The farer away the artwork is observed the clearer the image gets; the closer the spectator the more fragmented the phtography becomes coincidentally deceiving hopes and virtually keeping the viewer at a distance.
